** 10% off for early registration. Discount applies only if full payment is received at least 15 days prior to the event.

The above registration fees are based on advance registration and payment by noon Pacific time the Friday prior to the seminar date. Please add an additional $30 per doctor and $15 per student or guest for registration and payment at the door.

$20 cancellation fee applies if registration cancelled within 30 days prior to seminar date. Occasionally, through no fault of MPI, it may become necessary to reschedule or cancel a seminar. Should this become necessary MPI will refund seminar fees in full, but will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred those registered.
